仪器基本信息
仪器应用范围
仪器适用于铁、铝、铜、镍等金属样品的成分分析,根据客户的具体要求,本销售协议所对应的仪器的分析范围为铁基和铝基。
仪器安装要求
1.供电需求:
光谱仪基本配电要求为交流供电220VAC,三线,单相,50 Hz,无电磁干扰,输入电流为16安培。建议配备16安培保护断路器,装配在仪器附近。(电压不能超过240V)。
FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart 直读光谱仪要求配备3KVA交流稳压电源一台, 其规格型号可咨询日立分析仪器公司安装工程师。 仪器所配备的稳压电源不能与其他用电设备连用,否则会给仪器带来波动,影响数据质量。
注意:保证供电的稳定及电源的洁净非常重要,如果电网供电系统不稳定,漂移、尖峰、冲击、电压过高或过低都会给仪器造成直接的影响。
2.接地:
为了操作人员的人身安全,按照仪器设计要求,仪器正常工作时要有较好的接地。地线的接地电阻大小会直接影响仪器的稳定。因此,要求配备较好的接地,以保证仪器的正常工作,接地电阻要求小于4欧姆。
3.氩气要求:
FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart直读光谱仪,工作气体为氩气,要求纯度为 99.999% (高纯级) ,可使用钢瓶气。 氩气为惰性气体,安全无毒性,但使用时也要严格按照安全规定操作,防止发生意外。
气体的纯度将直接影响到样品的分析质量,如果气体含杂质较多,激发的稳定性将大大下降,测量的重复性、稳定性将变差。因此,强烈推荐用户采用高纯氩气,否则会给分析带来不必要的麻烦。另外,仪器在工作时氩气实际消耗量较小,并不会大幅增加分析成本。
FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart直读光谱仪的氩气的输出压力(工作压力)3bar,请选择相配的减压阀。
4.操作环境要求:
仪器应安放在低噪音、低尘、无震动、无腐蚀性气体的环境中。
FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart直读光谱仪的设计操作环境温度在0℃ - 50℃之间。相对湿度在 30 – 80% (无冷凝)。仪器应避免阳光长期直射、远离通风口(冷风或热风)。
温度变化要求:
若保持仪器正常工作,环境温度的变化不应太大,可确保仪器的稳定性及数据质量。仪器操作环境应避免大量的空气流动(远离通风口),空调风扇不应直接吹向仪器,要避免阳光直射仪器。通常情况下,由于现场早晚温差、阳光直射升温、空调等,都会造成温度的漂移变化,在温度控制过程中应加以注意。
相对湿度要求:
现场湿度与温度一样,都会对仪器的操作及稳定性带来影响。通常要求相对湿度要控制在 30 到80%以内,但必须是无冷凝环境。用户应对现场相对湿度进行监控,防止水气凝结,造成仪器电路系统损坏。
5.附属设备及要求:
FOUNDRY-MASTER Smart直读光谱仪正常工作状态下,要求备有相关的附属设备以 实验室配套仪器。在安装时根据实验室面积及空间条件,应安装空调,以保证温度的相对稳定
样品前处理设备是保证正常分析的前提条件,制样时应备有相应的磨样设备、车床或各种规格的砂纸。砂纸的质量与类型应根据样品的测量元素有所区分,否则由于砂质的材质差异可造成样品的污染。一般用户要求配备磨样机,角磨机及车床各一台,磨样机用于钢铁标样表面的打磨,角磨机用于异型样品的表面打磨处理,车床用于铝、铜等有色金属标样的处理。
